perceived opposition Board Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan
of Samar, answer queries from the media on the issue of the
non-passage of the 2009 budget and status of the 2010 budget for the
province of Samar in a press conference held on July 22 at the SP Session Hall. The province is currently operating in a
re-enacted budget of 2008.
The 7
were board members Charlito Coņejos, Noel Sermense, Renato Uy,
Jasper Sumagang, Prudencio Dy all of the 1st District of Samar,
Eunice Babalcon and Jimmy Dy of the 2nd District of Samar.
Another
issue clarified is on the proposed division of the province creating
