i would like to ask how FilipinoVoices.com would generate its funds. if it is another blog, then why not just link it to another blog featuring Samar, Leyte and Biliran news. since you say its a volunteer job, then why not just link it to Samarnews.com. you see the blog owners are the ones who would profit from it and the volunteers would just be exerting efforts without compensation. of course you will say its no big deal but u see in this hard times, how would anyone venture into getting news without utilizing for gas, internet rent and electricity for computer usage. i'm just being practical. u may say you guys are just beginning but i dont think this is a good bargain. i understand you wanted to help cover Region 8, we thank you for that but you see Nick, we got issues of our own and we would like to at least like to address it first on our own backyard rather than ask help when we can do something about it. i suggest you ask for a link to Mr Gaspay, after all we are doing good at the moment. to the forumers, this is my point of view.
