Instead of improving the government governance, instead of ensuring taxes are used to serve the people, instead of kicking corrupt officials out, GMA is determined to crush the NPA by doing what she knows best, which is bribing the AFP for any battalion that kills an NPA gets three hundred thousands pesos. Arroyo wants war against her own people and she is getting it. NPA cannot be crushed, NPA is the Filipino people, and Arroyo cannot defeat her own people.
