The Is Of Samar was just a 100 Km in the North and around 50-60 latitude at center east west and just more than 100 km longitudinally it will just take an hour or less driving both ways taxes withhold taxes from the present govt employees and some private firms plus road TAX collected by DOT-LTO will be enough TO PAY (FOR CLEAN PROJECT DESIGN,SCOPING,BIDDING,CONSTN. wo tongpats) for the infrastructure FOR WOOD INDUSTRY. WE ALSO HAD LOTS OF COCONUT FOR BIODIESELS, lots of trees for methanol-ethanol for local transport and even power generation will be enough we had existing port in the North and West that will be enough. Nearby Tongonan in Leyte had surplus geotermal power we can utilize it too for the industry. All we need really are real to goodness leaders to set up the infrastructures. We also had metals we should not allow mining it and just supplier of raw materials without the investors to set up processors, manufacturers, factories for our metals to create more jobs. Mining it only will create only few heavy eqpt operators job and the rest for the tongpats.
