As long a I burn the in public property, let alone in my own private property and I am not encroaching someone elses property then I HAVE THE RIGHT TO BURN A FLAG. All Filipinos must understand that this is their right protected under the Philippine Constitution which we are proud to defend and to die for. Unfortunately, not all Filipinos are provide the FREEDOMS to enjoy for. Our Filipino brothers and sisters in the CPP are not allowed to freely express under the Arroyo Administration the FREEDOM OF ASSEMBLY into a political group of Filipinos with common interests such as the CPP. The Filipino spirit of brotherhoos is ALL FOR ONE AND ONE FOR ALL. If the Freedoms under the Philippine Constitution are only provided to few Filipinos, then we might not respect and let us BURN THE PHILIPPINE CONSTITUTION.
