They each get 200 million. It would be nice if they would pool their authorized estafa funds to do that but it would not fix the roads bridges and ports. Let alone build all of the supporting infrastructure for responsible logging. i.e. you cut and re-plant vs cut cut cut as they are allowing to do now. There has been about 800 million released for development of Samar this year. Sadly the contracts have yet to be approved. Makes one wonder if they are still trying to figure out how to siphon off even more funds again while Samar once again gets tossed in the back seat due to corruption and thugs. Samar needs a real break and we all know that. I like the idea of wood products from Samar. Hopefully someday we will see the corruption reduced and the development really begin.
