The three governatongs and all the district Tongressmen of the Island must pool their resources-pork barrels together at least for start to establish an Industrial zone, and invites would be investors to set up wood factories (bamboo-kawayn plywood, real wood furnitures, cargo crates, etc..)and wood working machine tool makers with tax incentives to be competitive globally. To ensure the would be investors supply of wood the govt should Stop log export-smugling out and supply only those factories who would set up in Samar Is. and flood the world with Made in Samar wood products.
