When there is a good and sound national food program, no rice lands will be sold and only approved by higher authority. Again Arroyo had no program. When there is a good and sound national food program, more Filipinos are encourage to join in to the farming profession, inviting the graduates to Malacanang and show to all Filipinos that their profession is as good as a Doctor, an engineer and a lawyer. When there is a sound and good national food program, the movie industries are encourage to portray farmers as good livelihood. WHEN THERE IS A SOUND AND GOOD NATIONAL FOOD PROGRAM, GOVERNMENT DO NOT IMPORT CHEAR RICE BUT INSTEAD RAISE THE TARIFF TAX SO THAT OUR FARMERS CAN SURVIVE THEIR BUSINESS. Lastly, the government shouls not be killing the famers and their leaders. The farm leaders are the voices for important issues for our national food program. No appointed corrupt official and elected congressmen can match the knowledge of farming issues, than the farm leaders who are actually farmers themselves. The reason why Arroyo failed because she put all her money and energy on killing all the communist, giving hundreds of billions of military budget to finish off the communist when she leaves by 2010. This money could have been better spent on building irrigations employing local people and reaching peace to the local people.
