Another thing, Keliguy, we have not yet discussed lengthily and in dept the problem on how to solve corruption in the Philippines where we can generate billions of dollars of lost revenues. Why can't we discuss, study, debate and give our solutions to follow through on how to improve our justice system in the Philippines. This sytem is being usurped by our President, by our congress, by our military and even our national police. I hope that the Philippine Justice System should be independent, have strong backing by everybody and get rid of those justices and employees who are corrupt. Let's have to move for a better justice system so that we can have billions upon billions of dollars or even trillion pesos that we can use or utilize for other purposes like this one which is very important to have a federal system of government and all the cost we will have in moving our capital to Catbalogan, Samar. So get rid of corruptions, make the laws applicable to everybody and take the money, fine punishment and presto we will have the billions to be spent on this plan and idea and the dream will not be a dream no more but reality. Isn't it right that this time is right and ripe for us to strenthen our Philippine Justice System.
