Keliguy, I really like to be involved in any discussion, debate or even a mini convention regarding this federal system of government and also to move the capital to Catbalogan once the new form of government is finalized. I agree that this will involved too much expenses but the high cost is not even comparable to the high cost of building a government in Iraq. The U.S. has expent almost a thrillion dollars in Iraq and what about spending only a billion dollars to our cause in Eastern Visayas. One of the reason why I like this discussion is that the progress of the proposed Eastern Visayas State will be a big leap to everybody not only in terms of the living condition, the trade and commerce, the road buildings, the factories, businesses large and small but most of all the insurgents, the NPAs and those leaning to the communistic ideas will dessiminate ir not it will vanish into thin air. So that thing will makes us happy, accomplished and contented. Why not think that big cost will never be comparable to our contentment and happiness.
