Omigod, you mean you guys are already making plans like the big honchos in the capital will just rubber-stamp them? A federal type of government would still have a bicameral congress who will approve things even at the regional levels. It's not that easy, my friends. Like what Kel1guy said, where will you get the logistics to make this a reality? You don't have to reorganize government and move capitals. You just have to put the right people in office and they will do the work for you.
