If you base your reference on your corrupt existing government it is unlawfull. If you base your reference on self defense, then it is lawfull. If you base your reference on warfare, it is lawfull. If you base your reference on right to self existence for political group of people, then it is lawfull. If you base your reference on the PHILIPINE CONSTITUTION word for word the CPP has the right to lawfully exist.
