Catbalogan is perfect for Capital but with respect to other Waraynons, this is just my own opinion. It should be voted first to make decision, and I think Catbalogan is the best capital than Tacloban. Tacloban is badly designed city. Buildings are conjested because of corruption on the city engineers for approving substandard construction. Fire hazards are rampant due to the corruptions in the city engineer department. Catbalogan being still new city can be designed accordingly to make it a world class city. High prices houses can be located by the mountainous slopes with good view to the Pacific Ocean which mostly bussiness managers will live. Tacloban is full of squatters and Catbalogan will not allow squatters to build houses by the shorelines. Tacloban is in a danger zone of global warming because its elevation from sea level is only about three feet average. When the sea level rise to 6 feet 20 years from now if the global warming continues, most of tacloban will be flooded. Tacloban was built from swamp. Catbalogan is in a high ground with perfect sceneries to become a city. I just could imagine how beautiful Catbalogan will become.
