When there's a plan to move the capital, undoubtedly it will face many problems and challenges. To undertake this task should utilize all technocrats, engineers, administrators, managers, mayors, governors, congressmen and all people of various talents and skills on how to pull out their strength in order to push through this plan. I hope that they started already their studies and evaluations on many important matters to follow through. They should have to start now to organize themselves to accomplish this idea, otherwise, it will be just a plan and dream without movement. I'm sure many mayors and also governors and congressmen will be adamant to move or oppose to this plan. That's their mindset especially if this idea or plan will not serve their own selfish purpose. But at any rate for as long as all of us envision a big, prosperous region or state, this I think might be carried out. It's only a matter of comparing and thinking if what's the difference between moving our capital to Catbalogan or just continue the status quo. I heard that many people in Eastern Visayas will approve this plan.
