Do give me that crap explanation. All countries crisis are nature except the Philippines which is manmade and Arroyo made. She kept on killing the rice farmers because she wants to defeat the communists. Now that there is less rice farmers, she finally understood what she did wrong. She appointed corrupt agriculture officials who stole hundreds of millions of money for fertilizer. While other countries support their farmers to survive, GMA and rich Filipinos look at farmers as dirty and avoid socializing them and treat the farmers as animals because they look dirty. Duh, tell me a farmer that is as clean as a porcelain. Do not give me your crap. The rice crisis is Arroyo made and she cannot blame no one but herself. She is the leader, she has the money and she has the power to manage our country and she blew it. Look at her, is worst than a farmers wife. At least a farmers wife is hard working planting vegetables and taking care of her husband and children even if the military is burning their house and threatening to kill her husband if she does not tell where the NPAs are. Instead of peacefully asking to cooperate by being courteous and sending economic help to the village, the military is using the communist way of asking cooperation from the villager. This is bullshit and I for one will fight the military abuses. We are free people in the village and we are also law abiding. Ask other villages for the NPA whereabouts and do not force us because we have nothing to do with the NPA.
