The problem with MOVING a capital is the initial start up costs. When you add in all the different departments that would make up a capital your looking at an initial start of cost of near 1 billion pesos in just structures alone. Add in furnishings, computers, the establishment of a new motor pool for vehicles, parking lots, permits, ordinances that all will have to be amended and before it is all done the cost WILL exceed 18 Billion. To me this is just extremely stupid to force ourselves into a new from of government induce poverty. We could spent 18 Billion pesos on health care, food production and infrastructure. This is why I have a major problem with the relocation of the Capital.
