If anyone beside me has looked at this plan TACLOBAN is not part of the plan at all. The capital is to moved to Samar. I suggest everyone do thier homework and get smart on this plan. ALL media relases I have seen do not tell the WHOLE story. One of the the plans calls for 75 SENATONGS and 385 CONGRESSTONGS. The overall intentions ar good but the methodology at the moment is in need of a hard look over by some educated citizens. We screwed up our Constitution bigtime in 1987 and it will have to be revised changed for this to happen. People need to get their eyes, ears and brains to work and fast before we once again are hood winked and the end result is we get bilked of even more of our taxes.
